Textastic, the best web development app for iPad →

It’s true. After my article on the subject, Textastic pushed an update that brought in a fairly complete remote file manager that can connect to FTP servers and Dropbox accounts. You can not just transfer files manually, but Textastic maintains a link to every downloaded file, so you can quickly save and upload files right while editing. It has also gained a fullscreen editor. It could use some features like code auto-completion, gesture based cursor movement, and a better web preview, which still doesn’t do linked CSS files.
